This is a definite AU. No ifs, not buts, no maybes. No ‘it wasn’t an AU when I started it, but new episodes have made it one’, not even a ‘AU after episode something or other’. No, this is an AU series that starts before Atlantis. The first part is about McKay’s childhood - no sister, for a start – and is a kid fic. Notes: This is a remix of my story 'An Annoying Cousin' and is written by Grey Lupous. I love some of the back story she brings in (the driving bit is now part of this universe's canon, as far as I'm concerned!). It is not a sequel, companion piece or missing scene, it is a REMIX - this means that some of the scenes differ slightly to my own (mainly in dialogue), as per the rules of remixing.
